2017 Boy Scout Youth Deposits Due for Summer Camp

It's time to commit to camp!

A $25.00 deposit for every youth camper attending summer camp at Many Point or Tomahawk is due on April 15, 2016. These commitments are critical for our planning and supply ordering. If payment is received after April 15, each youth camper will be charged a $10.00 late fee.

How much do I owe?

Please use the Youth Deposit Worksheet to determine your deposit payment amount. This worksheet was included in the summer camp packet received by your camping coordinator in March or a new one can be found on either the Many Point or Tomahawk websites.

Do adults pay deposits?

No, deposits are required only for youth campers at this time.

Are youth deposits refundable or transferrable?

No, youth deposits are not refundable and cannot be used to help pay for other camp fees or charges.

What if we bring more youth to camp than we paid deposits for in April?

Awesome! We want more members at camp so that is great. However, please know that those youth will need to pay a $10.00 late fee unless they just crossed over from Cub Scouts or recently joined your Troop or Crew. A late fee will not be charged for these new members.

How do I pay?

In an effort to keep our fees as low as possible, we do not accept credit cards for making deposits, so please ensure that you allow enough time for your check to be mailed or delivered to either of our Scout offices.
